Happy St. Patrick's Day! I hope you all find that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!!
I am totally excited about my dishes this week, starting with those awesome Samoa Rice Krispies Treats. Wow... those are definitely going in the "gotta make them at least once a month" list. I also ended the week with another totally delicious recipe, my Apple Pie Egg Rolls.
There was plenty of hot and spicy dishes this week too. So there was a good balance of sweet and spicy. Now that's what I call a well balanced diet.
