Hi Everyone,Avocado Week was so fun! I loved coming up with creative ways to use up avocados other than in the traditional guacamole. All the recipes were enjoyed by my family, but if I had to pick my kid's favorite it would be Taco Cupcake with the Avocado frosting:
They are clamoring for me to make the again very soon. My niece has also insisted for them to be made again for her birthday.
