Happy Sunday Everyone!
Well, we made it through the first week of school! I packed lunches, helped with homework and had to negotiate through the first week of school outfits-- and that's not easy with my daughter "Ms. Fashionista"! Even though back to school makes you think of fall, this week was pure HOT summer. It was in the upper 90's the whole week! So my food reflected summer and trying to keep cool.
All the dishes (with the exception of steaming the cauliflower in the cauliflower salad) kept me from turning on the stove. So if you're still dealing with summer these dishes should be something "cool" to try.
