Carrot, Ginger and Apple Juice #WSJuiceWeek2014


  Juicing is a fun way to get loads of healthy ingredients into your diet without actually having to eat them all.  I had a bunch of carrots and apples so I thought the kids would love the sweetness of this 100% natural juice.  Of course I had to add something "spicy" to it so I added some fresh ginger.  The ginger gave it a wonderful little "kick" and the kids loved it.  Check out Williams-Sonoma's Juice Week and all the juicers they have here at William Sonoma. 


4-5 carrots
2-4 apples
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 inch of ginger (peeled)

Directions:  Juice all ingredients with machine.  Enjoy immediately for best flavor and health benefits.

 Note:  This recipe does require a juicing machine to get best results.
