I
hope your day is full of all those you love and lots of sweet treats. Chocolate fondue is a family tradition for Valentine's Day.
The whole family had a great time with all the fun fruit, marshmallows
and red velvet cake I had to dip into the chocolate. What a perfect
treat to celebrate the day with my family.
Ingredients:
12oz bag of your favorite good quality chocolate chips (You can used milk chocolate or semisweet)
1/2 cup up to 2/3 cup half and half
1/2 tsp vanilla
Dipping ideas: Fruit (strawberries are a must), large marshmallows, cake (I had red velvet cake), graham crackers etc..
Directions:

Over a double boiler melt chocolate and half and half. When chocolate melts, stir in vanilla. Place in a fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with dipping ingredient. Enjoy.
