I love when I find inspiration in the things I use every day to make something unique and useful for my house.  That's just what I did when I came across these one of a kind Diet Coke "It's Mine" glass 12oz bottles at Safeway.

Coca-Cola has created new and unique bottle to showcase their Diet Coke.  The fun thing is every bottle has a different design on it and no two bottles are the same. There are millions of new looks, but the same great Diet Coke taste!   These new design Diet Coke "It's Mine" glass bottles/cans are only available for a limited time (until supplies last), so don't miss your chance to buy some today.

Don't forget to follow Diet Coke!

These bottles are too beautiful just to recycle and never see again. I had to create something fun and useful with my bottles.  You can easily make flower vases and candle holders of course.  I realized that the 12oz bottle opening was exactly the same size as my oil/vinegar dispenser spout so I made a beautiful and unique vinaigrette dispenser.

Balsamic Vinaigrette and How to Create a Unique Dispenser Tutorial:

Equipment Needed:
  • Glass 12oz Diet Coke Bottle
  • Dispenser Spout (can order online or reuse from another dispenser bottle)
  • funnel
 Balsamic Vinaigrette Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup oil (I used canola)
  • 3-4 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar (up to 1 tsp) to taste
  • salt and black pepper to taste

So remember to check out your local grocery store to find your one of a kind Diet Coke "It's Mine" glass bottles/cans.   Think of all the fun ways you can use these bottles after you drink your Diet Coke!
