Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chip Cookies and Chocolate Toffee Cookies

Yum
After almost a decade of not baking any cookies, I have been going a little cookie baking crazy lately.   I made these two types of cookies for my family and they are already gone. You would think I married a human cookie monster and had little cookie monster babies because I will have to bake a new batch of cookies soon. Thank goodness these cookies only take a few minutes to put together and bake.

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

 Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.  Roll into golf size balls and bake on a greased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Allow cookies to cool completely on cookie sheet to set.  Enjoy  Makes about 18 cookies.

 Chocolate Toffee Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups of toffee chips

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.  Take a tablespoon Roll and drop cookies onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Allow cookies to cool completely on cookie sheet to set.  Enjoy. Makes about 18-24 cookies.

  17. These cookies are traditionally used at an engagement party. My fiancee also baked them for me every valentine's day. It was so sweet. I have never had such a caring girlfriend before.. I found her when I started using the site for cougar dating in seattle - https://www.bangmatures.com/washington/seattle/mature-women.html I would never have thought that our romance would be the beginning of our family. but it happened and I'm happy.
