
Ingredients:
2 (15oz) cans cannellini beans drained and rinsed well
1/3 cup of Greek yogurt
1-2 cloves of garlic grated
1-2 Tbs of olive oil
2 tsp of cumin powder
1tsp of lemon juice or red wine vinegar
red chili flakes to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning and adjust to taste. Serve with pita chips or sliced vegetables. Enjoy.

My family (hubby and kids) are not into beans (help me!) but I think they might like this one because there is no shape of beans. ;-) It's very healthy to eat beans and I completely stop eating beans because of them. Thanks for this recipe so I can give it a try!
ReplyDeleteThis White bean dip sounds so refreshing and delicious. I love that white bean dip gets good nutrition in a snack or party food :-) Served with veggies to dip, it is a great low calorie treat. I have not added yougurt to mine before. I will have to try it!
