Ingredients:
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cu fresh lemon juice
1-2 cloves of grated garlic
1 Tbs of honey
2 Tbs of mayonnaise
1-2 tsp of red wine vinegar
salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shake in jar to emulsify. Dress salad or pasta salad. Enjoy.
