DeleteI love Greek salad! And the weather has been weird here, too. Last Saturday we had SNOW for crying out loud, today it's supposed to be almost 90.
ReplyDeleteOur weather has been all over the map this year as well! I kind of gave up and started eating warm weather food anyway because in my heart I wanted it to be warm out.
ReplyDeleteI love a greek salad! Pasta with it sounds really good. I will have to try that the next time I pack for our sailboat.

I want to reach in and grad those olives! This would be perfect as a side dish or main dish! And orzo! Mmmmmm!!!
ReplyDeleteHow funny is that! Can't believe we both posted the same recipe, and yet they are pretty different! Yours looks wonderful with the orzo! And the creamy dressing sounds yummy!
ReplyDeleteThis looks great! Orzo is a favorite of mine as well as a typical Greek salad so I love the sounds of all of this.
ReplyDeleteYou come up with the most unique and really simple yet fancy looking food...and i dnt just mean abt this post, but all ur posts are amazing!! Love to spend my time here :-)
ReplyDeleteI must try making this the next time my sis in law comes over. She loves this type of salad. Very cool with the orzo.
ReplyDeleteI love salads like this once the weather starts warming up! Healthy, filling, tasty and oh SO GOOD! Great ingredients and I really love that salad dressing. Going to be giving that one a go.
ReplyDeleteThis looks excellent, Ramona! I really like that you used orzo. I love Greek flavors!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors. Orzo pasta - hmm, never had that.
ReplyDeleteI am making this tonight but could not find the red chiles, any ideas for substitutes?
ReplyDeleteYou can substitute red bell pepper or leave it out all together. I really added it for some additional color to the dish. Hope you enjoy. :)
DeleteThanks! I got some roasted red peppers so I think that will be great! Thank you!
DeleteI love how easy this is and that you made your own greek dressing. This would be perfect for a summer pot luck! I buy olives because my husband likes them, but I never know how else to use them. I'm totally going to bring this to the next party we go to!
ReplyDeleteThis recipe is so beneficial for health and it easy to made recipe.
ReplyDeleteI am going to a BBQ this weekend. I am in charge of the salad, do you think this is a feasible thing to bring?
ReplyDeleteIt's a great salad for a bbq... but I suggest you leave out the mayo in the dressing since it will be sitting out. It's only a small amount, but you don't want it to go bad on you.
