Candy Cane Hearts and Giveaway Results

Yum
This is a fun candy cane dessert you can make with your kids.  There is really no recipe, just a quick method with some candy canes and melted white chocolate.  I made these with my daughter and my mother and it was fun for all three generations. :)   I hope your Christmas holiday is filled with lots of love and they are extra sweet.  I know if you make these Candy Cane Hearts, you will be guaranteed the sweet part. :)

Ingredients:
Candy canes (any size)
Melted white chocolate

Directions:
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (careful not to burn).  On wax paper, form heart shapes with candy canes and spoon white chocolate inside the heart. Sprinkle with some crushed candy canes.  Allow to set for 15 minutes. Gently lift hearts off the the wax paper and serve.  Enjoy.

  1. Those hearts are so cute! It's my goal to show people how easy it is to get through the holidays without chocolate being a part of them. This is a perfect example. Well, white chocolate, yeah, but you know what I mean.

    Congrats to Anna!

  2. You know I could see these hearts for Valentine's Day if candy canes are still hanging around in the kitchen. :)
