Ingredients:
2 bricks (8oz) soften cream cheese
2/3 cup up to 1 cup of sugar ** (or splenda for low carb)
1 tub whipped topping
2/3 cup (up to 1 cup) creamy peanut butter
2 Tbs chocolate syrup (more for garnish)
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 Tbs melted butter
1/3 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Note: Add sugar to taste. I like things less sweet, but so I only add 2/3 cup.
Directions:

To fill start with graham cracker mixture at the bottom. Then pipe some cheesecake mixture. Next add chopped Reese's Peanut butter cups and follow with more cheesecake filling. Sprinkle a dusting of graham crackers and more chocolate syrup on top to garnish. Chill and serve. Makes about a 10-12 mini trifles depending on the size of your glasses and how much you fill them) Enjoy.

You're killing me here, Ramona. I'm telling you you're killing me! Peanut butter and chocolate are absolutely the perfect couple.
ReplyDeleteHow can you make one of these appear in front of me? Yummy!
ReplyDeleteYour trifles look fantastic!!! I'd be all over these babies :)
ReplyDeleteI would have zero willpower around these!
ReplyDeleteAnybody tried this in a big trifle bowl? Does the recipe need to be doubled to make enough?
ReplyDeleteI only tried this recipe with the mini serving glasses, but I don't think it will be enough for large trifle bowl as the recipe is written.
