English Muffin Pizzas - Kids in the Kitchen Series

Yum

My kids and I are so excited about this recipe because it's the first one in a new series here on Curry and Comfort.  My kids (and their cousins) love English muffin pizza so they decided it had to be the first featured recipe for Kids in the Kitchen.   These mini pizzas are a great way each child can customize their own pizza to what they want and you can go crazy with the toppings.  We kept it pretty simple this time so we could showcase the idea, but you can add any of the 100's of pizza toppings that people love on their pizza.  We all hope you enjoy this new series here on Curry and Comfort.

Ingredients:

 Directions:

Step 1:  Toast all the English muffins in the toaster.   Gather all ingredients to top the pizza such as:
  • pizza sauce (I used jarred pasta sauce doctored up with garlic powder, chili flakes and oregano.
  • pepperoni
  • peppers (bell, jalapeno etc..)
  • mozzarella cheese

Step 2: Let the kids assemble as they desire.

Step 3: Bake in a 400 degree oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.

Step 4: Enjoy.
