Ingredients:
1 (1lb) package of hot dogs (your favorite kind)cut into bite size pieces
1 medium onion chopped
small piece of cinnamon stick
small handful of curry leaves (optional)
small piece of pandan leave (optional)
2-3 cloves of garlic grated
1 Tbs grated fresh ginger
1 tsp fennugrek seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp curry powder
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2-3 Tbs ketchup
1/3 cup milk
salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Start pan on medium high heat. Heat 1 Tbs oil in a pan and saute onion,pandan leaf, curry leaves and cinnamon stick. Next add fennugreek seeds, garlic, some salt and ginger. Saute for 2 minutes.
Then add the sliced hot dogs and saute for another 2-3 minutes. Next add paprika, curry powder and turmeric and saute for 1 minute. Add the tomato sauce and ketchup. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Finish with milk and lower the heat and cook for another two minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy.
