Ingredients:

2 jalapenos seeded and chopped
1 onion chopped
2-3 Tbs store bought Taco seasoning (I used McCormick brand)
1-2 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of red chili flakes (or to taste)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes
1 tub of 8 grands biscuits
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Avocado Frosting:
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cumin powder
salt and black pepper to taste
Good Cook recommended tools: Avocado Slicer
Citrus Reamer
Nonstick Muffin Pan, 6 Cup
Directions:








Allow Taco cups to cool down and then frost with avocado cream "frosting". Serve immediately. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I will have to make them for the kids coming to dinner this week, they would love them! My son's girlfriend recently made a taco ring with crescent dough and with vegetarian crumbles, it was tasty so I know these will taste good and be oh so cute!! Love the avocado frosting!
