Valentine's Chocolate Fondue

Yum
Happy Valentine's Day!!

I hope your day is full of all those you love and lots of sweet treats.  I could not end this Valentine's Week without sharing a chocolate recipe.  Chocolate fondue is a family tradition for Valentine's Day.  The whole family had a great time with all the fun fruit, marshmallows and red velvet cake I had to dip into the chocolate.  What a perfect treat to celebrate the day with my family.

Ingredients:
12oz bag of your favorite good quality chocolate chips (You can used milk chocolate or semisweet)
1/2 cup up to 2/3 cup half and half

1/2 tsp vanilla

Dipping ideas:  Fruit (strawberries are a must), large marshmallows, cake (I had red velvet cake), graham crackers etc..

Directions:

Over a double boiler melt chocolate and half and half.  When chocolate melts, stir in vanilla.  Place in a fondue pot to keep warm.  Serve with dipping ingredient.  Enjoy.
