Hi Everyone,
How was your Valentine's Day? My family and I had a snowed in Valentine's day ... but it was nice and snuggly. I made a big lasagna and some sweet treats and we all indulged a little too much on them.
So what is the weather like where you live? We have been pummeled with snow and when I look outside it looks like we live in the North Pole. Mounds and mounds of snow everywhere...I would not be surprised to see a polar bear knocking on my door. :) The good news is that we are going to have a mild week of weather ahead and I hope for some majoring thawing to take place. I am ready to see spring arrive. I am also happy that the daylight is with us a little longer these days.... it's all enough to make me jump and scream "Yippy!".
