Ingredients:
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (from a can- I used Libby's)
2/3 cup milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
3-4 nilla wafer cookies
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
5-7 scrapes of freshly grated nutmeg
whipped cream (optional)
Makes 2 cups worth of milkshake. Serving 1-2 people
Directions:
Place all ingredients (with the exception of the whipped cream) and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and serve chilled. Enjoy.

I saw a recipe for a pumpkin pie milkshake that was literally milk, ice cream and a slice of pumpkin pie. I think I prefer your method! This looks so delicious!
