Happy Sunday! This week I shared some St. Patrick's Day food to enjoy on the special day. Since tomorrow is actually St. Patrick's Day, I have a bonus recipe, so remember to come and check it out. I am a little bummed out about tomorrow because the weather forecasters are saying that we are going to have a snowed in St. Patrick's Day. I can't believe we are just a few days away from the official start of spring and we are hunkering down for yet another massive snow storm. What happened to March ending like a lamb??? Winter seems to be roaring like a lion at this point.
Of course we got a small dose of 60 degree weather over the weekend (not complaining one bit), but it' like a tease right now. I want spring here and here to stay.
Here is something to keep an eye out on the food front here at Curry and Comfort. I will be sharing some low-carb dishes very soon. Since warm weather will hopefully be on it's way soon... we will eventually shed all those bulky clothes that kept us covered up all winter long. So I am looking for lighter, less carb ridden dishes so I can be ready for lighter clothes, shorts and even yes... the swim suit during summer. Ahhhhhh!
