Happy Sunday! Happy Daylight Savings Time to those of you who spring forward an hour too. We lost an hour of sleep today, but it's totally worth it since we get so much more daylight during the day. I love this time of year because I feel like a big bear waking up from a long winter of hibernation. We have certainly had a very cold, snowy long winter! I hope winter is truly over and we can enjoy spring to the fullest. I want to hear the birds chirping, see the flowers blooming and open my windows to light warm breezes.
This past week we also marked Madi Gras and Lent at Curry and Comfort with Cajun and seafood dishes. This coming week may be full of recipes that encourage the "leprechaun" in all of us to come out and say hello for St. Patrick's Day. Hope you all have a great week ahead. Here's my week in review...
