I could not let January 4th, National Spaghetti day, go by without professing my love for this dish. I was introduced to this dish as a preschooler and have adored this comforting and fun to eat dish ever since. My obsession with it has no bounds and I love to play with the flavors to find excuses to cook and eat it more often. We even had spaghetti for dinner last night because it's my go to dish that the entire family loves to eat. I hope you enjoy my international versions of this dish I hold so dear and maybe try one tonight. Happy National Spaghetti Day Everyone! :)
