Note: Throwback Thursday is a new series where I take some of my original posts here on Curry and Comfort and redo them so I can take better photos.
Leftover Chicken Tikka Skewers (Recipe)

1 Tbs fresh ginger grated or minced
1 Tbs fresh garlic grated or minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
red chili powder/cayenne to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric
salt (or to taste)
1 Tbs garam masala
1 can(15oz) of tomatoes or 4 diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup of heavy cream or milk
If you don't have prepared Chicken Tikkas, then you will first have to follow the steps in the this recipe link to make the Chicken Tikkas Skewers: Chicken Tikka Skewers (Recipe)
Directions:



Simmer on medium heat. Taste for seasoning here. Serves 6-8 people. Enjoy. Serve with Rice, Salad and any other veggie dishes.
