fresh basil leaves
wooden skewers
Marinade and sauce:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic smashed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
red chili flakes to taste
1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Create marinade and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes to infuse the oil with the garlic flavor. Cut and prepare the tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil.
