I love the mild flavor in my desserts. I would love the cake and the muffins too.

I always feel like muffins are a good thing for me. I don't take more than two muffins at a time. The cake however I am likely to eat the whole thing at once. Especially when it looks as good as this one.
ReplyDeleteA two-fer yippee!!!! That caramel sauce is calling me.
ReplyDeleteI love your apple cake! So gorgeous with the glaze! I haven't made any baked goods with apples this year. Love muffins too, perfect for breakfast. <3
ReplyDeleteApple week? I'm coming to your house!!!
ReplyDeleteum, is the glaze supposed to be self-explanatory?
ReplyDeleteYou just mix the two together and pour over the cake.
DeleteHow many muffins will the batter make?
ReplyDeleteIt made about six muffins when you fill the bundt pan with batter. Now if you want to make all muffins (I'm guessing here)... maybe about 14-18 muffins can be made.
