Campbells Kitchen Recipe: Queso-Style Bean Dip

Yum
Who couldn't use more quick and easy recipe ideas?  I know with two small kids and a hungry husband, I always need ideas that will please the crowd.  As part of the DailyBuzz Food Tastemaker Program I was given the opportunity to make and showcase a recipe from Campbell's Kitchen.

It was so hard to pick just one from so many fun and easy recipes, but I had to decided on this Queso-Style Bean Dip since we are so close to the Super Bowl.  I knew this bean dip would feed a crowd and please everyone.  It only took a few minutes to prepare and then bake in the oven. I say it was an official touchdown for my family.  I can't wait to try some of the other stir fry, pasta and even curry recipes.

What You'll Need

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves or parsley
3 medium green onions, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
1 can (about 15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

How to Make It

  • 1 Stir the soup, picante sauce, cilantro, green onions and beans in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
