 popcorn baller
Today, I bring you more fun with popcorn balls. As part of the Good Cook Kitchen Experts, I was given a Good Cook Popcorn Ball shaper to play with and make a fun recipe.  This popcorn baller is an easy way to get perfectly shaped popcorn balls without burning your fingers.   I didn't just create one recipe... I let my creativity go crazy.  These were too much fun!!

To check out more of my popcorn creations with the cube shaper check  out my recipes  Here.

Here is how to create my Popcorn Ball Creations:

 Ingredients:

To make the Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls for the Owl, Turkey or Chocolate covered balls on  a stick you will need:

12 cups air popped corn (all unpopped kernels removed)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 (10 oz bag of marshmallows)
2 Tbs butter
chopped peanuts (optional)

Directions: Pop corn and set aside.  Melt peanut butter, butter and marshmallows on medium low heat until fully melted.  Add popcorn and mix together add nuts if you desire.  Put into popcorn press and make balls.  This will make 4-5 large popcorn balls.

To decorate owl and turkey you will need:
candy corn
large cookie
melted chocolate (for gluing everything in place)
candy eyes (wilton product)
mini Oreo cookies (for owl only)

** remember you must let chocolate harden so put anything you "glue" with chocolate in the fridge for 30 minutes to take hold.

To decorate the popcorn on a stick
melted chocolate for drizzling and dipping.  Insert stick into popcorn ball.  Dip into chocolate and drizzle as desired.  Garnish with sprinkles
