Ingredients Alcohol Version 1:
4-5 clementines peeled and juiced (makes about 4 oz of juice)
2 oz vodka (or more if you want it stronger)
1 oz
Cointreau or other orange liqueur
juice of half a lemon
Directions:
Muddle or blend peeled clementines until it juices. Strain away all the pulp and pieces until you have a smooth clementine juice. Then add all other ingredients and shake or stir together with ice. Pour into martini glasses and serve. Enjoy.
