2 cups milk (regular or 2%)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup crushed/mashed fresh strawberries

Directions:
Crush or mash strawberries using a food processor or potato masher then set aside. Heat milk with white chocolate chips on very low heat. Add mashed strawberries and juice from strawberries into heated milk and steep together for 5 minutes on very low heat. Strain milk/strawberry mixture with a metal strainer. Straining is an important step, do not skip this part otherwise you will not have a smooth drinkable hot chocolate. Serve in mugs. Enjoy.
