Ingredients:
1 (11oz) can drained crushed pineapple
1 (15oz) can drained mandarin oranges
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup shredded sweet coconut
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve as a side or dessert.

This is so funny! You were making Watergate Salad and I was thinking about making Ambrosia Salad. Our minds must be moving along the same track right now. Are you going to use this for your 70's party? I was raised in the South and I can tell you that Ambrosia Salad was a classic 'must have' every Christmas. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe here.
