
After a long cold miserable winter... spring has finally sprung. We had an almost 70 degree weather day today and to celebrate I made these cheerful and cute chocolate, chocolate rice krispies treats. I loved playing with the Spring Silicone Bark and Chocolate Mold, 12 cups from the Good Cook Sweet Creations line. This silicone mold is so easy to work with and you use it in the fridge, oven and freezer. My kids are already to play with it all season long.
Ingredients:
Top layer:
12oz bag white chocolate chips melted
food coloring as desired
Middle layer:
12oz bag semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup milk
Rice Krispies Layer:
5 cups rice cereal
10oz bag of mini marshmallows
4-5Tbs butter or margarine
Directions:

Pour white chocolate into mold and allow

ReplyDeleteDo I ever need one of these molds. I'm doing a dessert table for a Sweet 16 party and making Rice Krispy Treats. So many other uses for them also. I've never seen Rice Krispy Treats this cute!
