Happy Sunday Everyone!
I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend so far. Where I live, it has been a beautiful and mild weathered weekend. The blossoms on the trees are in full bloom and all you want to do is sit outside. Of course, I spent the day cooking yesterday since Sinhalese and Tamil New Year celebrations are tomorrow. I will post two recipes tomorrow so make sure you keep an eye out for them.
Hope the week stays mild... but looks like we are going to have some winter-like temperatures coming our way this week... Boo! :( I thought I was done with coats... oh well. I will not think about that today... today it will in the high 70's and glorious.
